Important Updates for Annual Enrollment 2010

NOTE: The LSU System benefits pages are currently being updated. Information about your health and other benefits will be available online soon or by contacting your benefits coordinator.  You can also visit www.LSUFirst.org for information about your LSU First plan.

The Office of Group Benefits (OGB) will begin their Annual Enrollment period on May 3, 2010. Information regarding the new Plan changes for OGB, including rates, will be released at that time. Annual Enrollment for all other LSU System Benefits started on April 1st and will end on May 21st to coincide with the end of the OGB Annual Enrollment period. You may make new benefit elections or update dependents at this time. Please visit your Human Resources department to find an Annual Enrollment meeting or Benefits Fair near you. We highly encourage you to attend these meetings so that you hear important benefit updates.

The LSU System Voluntary Vision Plan is in the process of being finalized. While you are currently unable to elect Vision insurance, we expect to provide additional information soon.

The LSU System Voluntary Dental Plan will be administered Dearborn National effective July 1, 2010. Please click on the Dental Plans link for benefit updates, rates, and additional information.

Please remember, if you choose to continue your Flexible Benefit Plan, you must re-enroll during this Annual Enrollment period. If you are satisfied with all other benefits, you are not required to fill out any paperwork.
