Public Comments
Public comments may be made when they relate to a manner on the agenda by individuals who have registered at least one hour prior to the meeting start time.
Individuals can register by calling 225-578-2154 or emailing lsuboard@lsu.edu—they should identify themselves, the group they are representing, if appropriate, and the topic on which they would like to comment.
- Public comment is limited to three minutes.
- The Board of Supervisors no longer accepts faxed comments.
- The Board Chair reserves the right to limit public comment in order to ensure the meeting is conducted in an efficient manner.
Meeting Resources
Meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time, and meetings are livestreamed. Meeting agendas, videos, live captioning, and minutes are available within this section.
All minutes and agendas are in PDF format—a good faith effort is made to provide accessible documents. If you require assistance, please contact the Board of Supervisors at lsuboard@lsu.edu. All official minutes from 1862 to the present are housed in the University Archives.
